刚度调节装置的设计及仿真分析

摘要 文章利用矩形截面梁的特性设计了一个刚度调节装置,分别建立了悬壁梁和简支梁的有限元分析模型,通过对比分析确定以简支梁方式来探讨其刚度调节性能,得到了在均布载荷作用下矩形截面的宽度、方位角以及梁结构尺寸变化对其刚度调节的影响规律,所得结果可为刚度调节装置的工程应用提供指导。 In this paper, a stiffness adjusting device is designed based on the characteristics of rectangular section beam, and the finite element analysis models of suspended wall beam and simply supported beam are established respectively. Through comparative analysis, the stiffness adjusting performance of simply supported beam is discussed. The effects of the width of the rectangular section, the azimuth angle and the size change of the beam structure on the stiffness adjustment under the uniformly distributed load are obtained, and the results can provide guidance for the engineering application of the stiffness adjustment device.
