摘要
滚动直线导轨副的静刚度直接影响数控机床的加工精度。研究如何提高导轨副静刚度十分必要。基于ANSYS Workbench建立导轨副有限元模型,描述了一个完整的导轨副垂直静刚度仿真过程,包括接触设置、网格划分、设置边界条件与载荷以及求解等步骤。通过有限元仿真的结果,分别研究导轨副中滚珠数目、滚珠直径、曲率比、初始接触角、材料等因素对其垂直静刚度的影响,进而研究提高导轨副垂直静刚度的方法。
The static stiffness of linear motion guide has a direct influence on processing precision of CNC. It's necessary to make a study of the improvement of the static stiffness. ANSYS Workbench is used to build the finite element model of the linear motion guide,in order to describe its whole simulation process in detail,including the procedures of its contact,meshing,setting boundary conditions and load,solving and so on. Based on the results of this simulation,this paper researches on the influence of the number,diameter and material of rolling balls,curvature ratio and initial contact angle on the static stiffness,thus improving its static stiffness.
