摘要
液压机械式钻柱减震器不同于单纯以硅油等液体为工作介质的液压减震器,亦不同于单纯采用减震弹簧作为弹性元件的机械减震器。该减震器是在二者的基础上,克服了单一减震器的缺点,集成二者的优点而研发的新型井下工具。它具有弹性刚度自动调节、连接强度高、性能稳定、工作可靠、工作寿命长等优点。着重分析了液压机械式钻柱减震器的结构及工作原理。对碟形弹簧和环形弹簧分别进行了设计计算和试验验证,最后采用硅油+碟形弹簧的组合形式。
The hydraulic drill string damper is different from the hydraulic damper which takes merely the liquids,such as silicone oil,as the working medium.It is also different from the mechanical damper which uses only the damping spring as the elastic element.The hydraulic mechanical damper is a new-type downhole tool which incorporates the strengths of the previous dampers and overcomes the weaknesses of the simplex damper.It has many advantages,such as automatic regulation of elastic stiffness,high connecting strength,stable performance,reliable operation and long service life.The structure and working mechanism of the damper were analyzed in detail.The dish-shaped and ring-shaped springs were designed,calculated,tested and verified.Finally,the combined form of silicone oil and dish-shaped spring was adopted.
