摘要
公平关乎个人心理健康和社会发展,企业薪酬管理更应注重从心理学角度体现公平性。本文从心理动力角度,结合薪酬管理公平性内容,从精神分析思想和人本主义思想出发,阐述薪酬管理公平性体现出的心理学特点和发展策略。
Fairness is related to personal mental health and social development. The compensation management should pay more attention to fairness from a psychological perspective. From the angle of psychodynamic theory, combining the fairness of compensation management, and based on psychoanalysis and humanism, this study expounds the psychological characteristics and strategies of fairness of compensation management.
