摘要
为了丰富和发展我国跳水运动人才培养体系,文章通过研究分析湛江跳水运动后备人才培养的历史与现状,探求湛江跳水运动后备人才培养模式和途径,提出对策建议,力求为湛江乃至我国跳水运动后备人才的良性发展提供理论依据.
This paper aimed to explore the cultivation patterns of diving reserve talents in Zhanjiang. It has devoted to the development of the training system of Chinese athletes in diving, by making a deep analysis on its history and current situation. Then, it will place emphasis on the existing problems of the cultivation patterns of diving talents in Zhanjiang and try to put forward certain feasible and effective countermeasures in order to provide a basis for the benign and sustainable development of reserve talents cultivation of diving.
