摘要
通过对广东省跳水后备人才培养影响因素的调查分析,认为管理、教练员队伍、教育与就业、经费、独生子女等是影响广东省跳水后备人才培养的主要因素。
The authors carried out the analysis by adopting the research methods of literature data collection, interview, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, and considered that the main factors that affect the cultivation of backup talents for diving in Guangdong Province were management, coach team, gymnasium facilities, education, employment, fund, and the only child factor, etc.
