摘要
通过对近代跳水运动在我国和我省的发展概况和跳水项目的致胜之道的论述,认为选材与训练是跳水项目的致胜之道。其中运动员是第一要素,是创造成绩、夺取金牌的主体,而训练是增加实力、提高水平的关键手段。
Through the elaboration to the development and the ways of win about modern diving movement in our country and our province, thought the selection and the training are the ways of win to the diving project. Athlete is the first essential factor and the main body of creating the result, captures the gold medal, the trains is the essential method to increase the strength, raise the level.
