摘要
针对目前国内高等院校普遍存在的教师教学质量评价行为偏差问题,基于现阶段教学质量评价指标,从历史角色与教学定位、政策环境与硬件条件以及指标体系与评价结论 3个方面分析了造成教师实验与实训教学质量评价行为偏差的原因。提出了现阶段要强化认识、加大支持力度和坚持定量与定性相结合方式构建科学合理的实验与实训教学质量评价制度的改革方案,并结合学校的改革实践详细论述了改革方案的指导思想、实施办法和评价指标及具体要求,以期对国内高等院校的理工类专业的实验与实习教学质量建设提供一定的参考借鉴作用。
Aimed at the present issues on teachers’ teaching quality evaluation behavior deviation widespread among domestic institutions and universities,based on the present teaching quality evaluation index,from three aspects about the historical role and teaching orientation,policy environment and conditions of the hardware and,the index system and evaluation conclusion,this paper analyzes the reasons for teachers’ experiment and training teaching quality evaluation behavior deviation. And a reform program is proposed. It contains that at present stage colleges and universities should strengthen the recognition of the equal status of experimental training and classroom teaching,increase the support for experimental training and adhere to the combination of quantitative and qualitative way to build a scientific and reasonable experiment and training teaching quality evaluation system reforms. Combined with the reform practice,the guiding ideology,implementation method,evaluation index and specific requirements of the reform plan are discussed in detail. This research could provide a reference function on experiment and practice teaching quality construction practice for science and engineering majors in domestic colleges and universities.
