摘要
在深化国防和军队改革中,军校教学人员缩减,使本来师资力量缺乏的大学物理实验在教学上存在更大压力。为解决该问题,通过分析大学物理实验课的特点及已有的人力资源情况,分别从理论课教员兼职实验教学、研究生助教辅助实验教学、有效利用各种教学资源及最大限度开放实验室4个方面探讨解决措施,同时阐述了在这几项措施实施过程中的具体操作方法和在实施过程中需要注意的问题。4项措施运行后,保质保量地完成了大学物理实验课的教学任务。
In the process of deepening the national defense and military reform,the reduction of teaching staff in military academies has put much pressure on the teaching of college physics,which required even more human resources. In order to solve this problem,the article analyzes the characteristics of college physics experiment classes and the current situation of human resources to conduct an analysis from four different perspectives: first,theory course teachers take part-time experimental teaching;second,graduate students assist experimental teaching;third,we need to make full use of various teaching facilities;fourth,we should give students full access to the library. At the same time,the specific operating methods and the issues that need attention in the implementation process are elaborated. Finally,the teaching effects of the college physics experiment course after the implement of the four measures are given.
