摘要
为锻炼化学系研究生的教学实践能力,化学系自2014年5月开始实施研究生助教制度试点改革,开展了助教的安全教育与管理工作。着重阐述了助教安全教育的必要性和理念,安全教育必须遵循教育规律和管理心理学的一般规律:通过多种形式、重复性地给予助教以刺激,形成感性认识和正确的安全意识;培养助教主动学习安全知识与技能的习惯,将教师的职业培训与安全教育相结合。通过考核、检查、宣传、交流等多种形式推进助教安全教育,促使助教在日常教学中主动关注并消除实验教学中的安全隐患,形成了良好的安全意识和理念。同时介绍了多项已经实施的助教安全工作的管理措施和取得的教育效果与管理成效;并在分析了存在的问题后,提出了即将实施的改进举措。
In order to improve the teaching practice ability of the graduate students in the Department of Chemistry,Zhejiang University,we began to implement the pilot reform of the assistant teaching system in May 2014,and carried out the safety education and management of the assistants.This paper emphatically expounds the necessity and ideas of safety education for teaching assistants.Safety education must follow the general laws of education and management psychology:stimulating assistants through various forms and repetitions to form perceptual knowledge and correct safety consciousness;cultivating the habit of assistants'active learning of safety knowledge and skills.Teachers'vocational training is combined with safety education.Through examination,inspection,propaganda,communication and other forms,the effect of safety education ofr teaching assistants can be promoted.The teaching assistants are required to pay attention to the potential safety hazards in experimental teaching and eliminate them,and form a good safety awareness and ideas.At the same time,this paper introduces a number of management measures for the safety work of teaching assistants that have been implemented.This paper also introduces the education and management effect that have been achieved.The improvement measures have been put forward to solve the problems which have been found in the safety education and management.
