摘要
研究中国医院协会医院质量安全标准手术服务标准在医院中的常态化应用。通过分解手术服务标准条款,制定应用机制,即基于一套信息化监控系统,采用不良事件报告、追踪方法、专项检查、重点病历多专业医学专家审查、标准的宣贯培训等方法,以保障标准在医院应用的有效性。基于某大型医院甲状腺癌根治术实证研究证明,标准应用后,核心医疗制度落实率100%,适应症评估率提升了5.6%,术前医嘱完备率提升了7.8%,疑难危重病例讨论制度落实提升了4.3%,术后并发症发生率降低了0.04%,未发生器械、耗材、设备管理不良事件,未发生非计划重返、自动出院、死亡事件。认为标准应用后有效提升了手术质量和安全。
To study the normalization application of surgical service standard of hospital quality and safety management standards of Chinese hospital association.By decomposing the standard terms of surgical services,the application mechanism was developed.Based on a set of information monitoring system,the methods of adverse event report,tracking method,special inspection,multi-professional medical expert review of key medical records,standard publicity and implementation training were adopted to ensure the operability and effectiveness of the application of standards in hospitals.Based on the empirical study of thyroid cancer radical surgery in a large hospital,after the standard application,the core medical system implementation rate was 100%,the indication evaluation rate was increased by 5.6%,the preoperative medical order completion rate was increased by 7.8%,and the implementation of the difficult and critical cases discussion system was improved by 4.3%,the incidence of postoperative complications decreased by 0.04%,and no adverse event such as equipment,consumables,equipment management,no unplanned return,automatic discharge,and death was occurred.The application of the standard effectively improved the surgical quality and safety.
