摘要
目的了解手术室专科护士工作嵌入与工作满意度的状况,分析两者之间的相关性。方法采用工作嵌入量表、工作满意度量表对186名手术室专科护士进行问卷调查。结果 186名手术室专科护士工作满意度总分(71.80±11.00)分,工作嵌入总分(134.31±19.61)分,两者之间呈正相关关系(r=0.786,P=0.001)。结论手术室专科护士工作满意度处于中等偏上水平,工作嵌入处于较高的水平。护理管理者可从提高手术室专科护士的工作嵌入为切入点,提高护士的专业知识、业务水平和创新能力,提升其对职业工作的满足感,进而提高其工作满意度。
Objective To explore the status of job embedding and job satisfaction in nursing specialists of operating room and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods A total of 180 operating room nurses in Beijing were selected for questionnaire survey. The work embedded scale and job satisfaction scale were used for investigation. Results The total score on their work satisfaction of 180 nurses in the operating room was(71.80 ±11.00), and the total score on job embedding was(134.31 ±19.61). There was a positive correlation between job embedding and job satisfaction(r=0.786, P=0.001). Conclusions The job satisfaction of nurse specialists of operating room is at a medium level, and work embedding is positively correlated with job satisfaction. Nursing managers can take measures to improve their work embedding and improve their job satisfaction.
