摘要
文章通过对国内外校企合作人才培养现状及典型模式的分析研究,结合国内地方型本科院校转型发展的大环境,对许昌学院近年来校企合作人才培养模式进行实证研究,通过深入分析,总结理论精华,为解决地方型本科院校校企合作人才培养模式的探索提供参考和指导。文章在许昌学院校企合作人才培养模式构建的研究基础上,进一步分析应用型本科院校校企合作模式的特点、合作模式、运行机制、优缺点等,进一步明确校企合作的理论依据,探讨一些关于校企合作的基本理论问题,以期对于充分发挥高校的社会服务职能具有一定的现实意义和理论价值,并为应用型本科院校开展校企合作的人才培养模式提供一定的理论支撑。
Through analyzingthe domestic and foreign present situation and the typical model talents cultivation,combining the transformation development environment of domestic local type undergraduate course colleges and universities,this paper makes an empirical study on the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents of Xuchang University in recent years.It provides reference and guidance for solving the exploration of school-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode in local universities.On the basis of empirical research,this paper comprehensively analyzes the docking mode,characteristics,operation mechanism,achievements and shortcomings of school-enterprise cooperation mode of application-oriented undergraduate university.And this paper further clarifies the theoretical basis of school-enterprise cooperation and some other basic theoretical problems related to school-enterprise cooperation,in order to give full play to the social service functions of colleges and universities with certain practical significance and theoretical value,and to provide strong theoretical support for the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation in the talent training mode for application-oriented undergraduate students in China.
