摘要
和谐友好的师生关系,能够更好地促进辅导员与学生双方的交流,有利于学生在校学习和健康成长。这一关系的建立,高校辅导员扮演着不可或缺的重要角色。本文从辅导员的视角谈谈如何构建和谐的师生关系。
A harmonious and friendly teacher-student relationship not only can better facilitate the communication between univestiy counselors and students, but also benifits for the students' health growth. In the process of building this relationship, university counselors play a role which is crucial to the establishment of a harmonious teacher-student relationship and the formation of a harmonious school atmosphere.
