摘要
对于中小学足球队的组建,除了选材以外,系统训练是对足球队发展的重要环节。中小学足球队的建立,有利于学校体育工作的开展,对于培养学生德智体全面发展有着重要的作用,也有利于发现和培养更多优秀的足球人才。中小学足球队组建完成后,制定周密的训练计划书对于提高足球教练业务能力和提高训练质量都有着重大帮助,制定训练计划是实现目标的重要途径,而训练计划的制定也讲究策略。
Along with talent selection,systematical training is a vital part of football team development. The build of primary and secondary school football team is of great importance for campus sport,promotion on the overall development of students,and the cultivation of more football talents. The establishment of detailed training plan will help the capability of coaches the training quality a lot. The set-up of plan is an important approach for the training goal,which should be carried out strategically.
