摘要
脊髓损伤是平时和战时最危重的创伤之一,严重影响患者生理和心理健康并给社会带来极大经济负担。近年来,细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤备受关注,并且取得了极大进展。本研究就各种类型细胞移植治疗创伤性脊髓损伤的有效性和安全性研究情况做出总结,主要包括施万细胞、嗅鞘细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞、神经前体细胞、少突胶质前体细胞、脂肪干细胞、诱导多功能干细胞、牙髓干细胞和活化巨噬细胞,以期为未来的临床研究提供参考。
Spinal cord injury(SCI) is one of the most serious injuries in peacetime and wartime,which seriously affects patients′ physical and mental health,it brings great economic burden to society.In recent years,cell transplantation has received much attention and made great progress in the treatment of SCI.We summarized the efficacy and safety of various types of cell transplantation of SCI in this review,mainly including Schwann cells,olfactory ensheathing cells,bone mesenchymal stem cells,neural precursor cells,oligodendrocyte progenitor cells,adipose stem cells,induced pluripotent stem cells,dental pulp stem cells and activated macrophages,expecting to provide reference for the future clinical research.
