对脊髓损伤临床治疗发展及策略的思考 被引量：2

摘要 脊髓损伤致残率极高，迄今为止仍是一个医学难题。随着现代交通运输的高速化，体育运动的极限化及暴力损伤的频繁化，脊髓损伤在全球已呈现高发生率，高致残率，高耗费和低龄化的“三高一低”的局面，成为全球医学界亟待解决的重大医学问题。据统计，美国共有25万脊髓损伤患者，每年以约11000例的速度增加，发病率约为每年4／100000111；据估计我国目前有脊髓损伤患者1000000～2000000例旧0。由于其致残率极高，医疗费用巨大，给患者的家庭和社会带来巨大的影响和负担。
