摘要
产业发展是乡村振兴的基础与核心,如何在产业发展的基础上实现乡村振兴,解决村民贫穷落后是这一轮乡村振兴规划关注的重点。文章以农业主导型产业村为研究对象,在分析国外乡村产业发展的相关理论研究和案例实践的基础上,总结归纳出农业主导型产业村规划建设的创新策略和方法,探讨多元价值理论对未来乡村发展的理念启发和实践指引作用。最后,以江苏省句容市天王镇东三棚乡村规划建设为例,结合该村产业特点,充分挖掘苗木产业的经济、生态及社会文化等多元价值,针对性地提出强化“多彩苗木”品牌、拓展“花木体验”旅游、打造“深氧宜居”环境及营造“树上村庄”风貌等产业规划策略,以期实现乡村可持续发展。
Industrial development is the foundation and core of rural revitalization. How to realize rural revitalization based on industrial development and solve the poverty and backwardness of villagers is the focus of this round of rural revitalization planning. This study takes agricultural leading industrial villages as the research object, and analyzes the advanced ideas and successful cases of foreign rural industrial development. On this basis, this study further summarizes the innovative strategies and methods of agricultural-led industrial village planning, and then discusses the inspiration and practice guidance of multi-value theory for future rural development. Additionally, with case study of Jiangsu Province, Jurong City, Tianwang Town, Dongsanpeng Village, this study fully evaluates the economic, ecological, social, and cultural values of seedling industry in combination with the characteristics of the village industry. Finally, this study puts forward the targeted strategies for industrial planning to achieve sustainable rural development, such as strengthening the brand of "colorful seedlings", expanding "flower and tree experience" tourism, creating "deep oxygen livable" environment, and creating "tree village" style.
