摘要
系统分析欧洲学校体育的特点,并与中国学校体育进行对比发现:欧洲学校体育在政策制定、课内外体育活动开展、体育教师培训、体育学习评价等方面存在明显优势。据此提出对中国学校体育发展的启示:在政策制定层面,加强与社会团体的联动,提高学校体育政策制定的科学性;在学校执行层面,践行课程目标,构建多样化的课程内容与课外体育活动形式;在师资发展层面,完善教师专业发展体系,提高培训质量和教师参与积极性;在学生评价层面,构建全面综合的体育学习评价体系,注重学生体育素养评价。
With the analysis of the characteristics of school physical education in Europe,the study reaches the conclusions that the European school physical education has obvious advantages in the 4 aspects of policy making,physical activities,PE teacher training and PE learning evaluation.Therefore China is proposed to broaden the link to the social organizations and improve the effect of policy making in school physical education.In terms of sports activities,it is suggested that China should focus on the diversified curriculum content and extracurricular physical activities.In terms of PE teacher training,China should establish a system of teacher professional development,improve the training quality and mobilize the participation enthusiasm of teachers.Concerning sports learning evaluation,a comprehensive evaluation system should be built up and sport quality evaluation of students should be taken into consideration as well.
