摘要
基于RFID技术对货物追溯系统进行构建,一方面该系统将打造更加便利、健全、智能化的物流信息系统,利用RFID技术对货物状态、货物来源、货物品牌进行追溯,从而提升消费者的安全感、消费体验和满意度。另一方面此系统的建立将为消费者的退货及换货提供便利,能及时的发现物流公司在物流过程中出现的问题方便物流公司及时解决问题,以此提高产品的安全性和顾客对物流的满意度。
This paper constructs the cargo traceability system based on RFID technology. On the one hand, the system will create a more convenient, sound and intelligent logistics information system, and use RFID technology to trace the status of goods, the source of goods and the brand of goods. In order to enhance consumers' sense of security, consumer experience and satisfaction. On the other hand, the establishment of this system will provide convenience for consumers to return and exchange goods, and can find the problems of logistics companies in the process of logistics in a timely manner to facilitate logistics companies to solve problems in time, in order to improve the safety of products and customer satisfaction with logistics.
