摘要
将RFID用于猪肉供应链中可以利用其存贮空间记录生猪饲养、屠宰、运输、销售等过程的数据,实现猪肉供应链的可追溯性。但在使用RFID时要注意确保其数据输入的真实性。
When RFID is used in pork supply chain its storage space can be utilized to record the data during pigs＇ raising,slaughtering,transportation and sales,and realize the tracing of pork supply chain.However,during applying RFID in pork supply chain,the facticity of the input data must be ensured.
