摘要
耗材管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,构建并实施高效的耗材管理模式能够提高医院的服务质量、经济效益和运营水平。该研究通过总结国内医院对耗材管理的三个阶段,指出传统耗材管理模式的现状和问题,从基本思路、物理结构、技术实现三个方面分析智慧化耗材管理供应链模式的运行特点,从耗材质量情况、患者对耗材供应服务满意度、扩大耗材议价空间、供应商服务情况四个方面对比分析耗材智慧化管理模式实施前后的效果,分析结果显示,使用智慧化耗材管理供应链模式能够提升耗材管理的智慧化水平和管理效率。
Consumables management is an important part of hospital management.The establishment and implementation of an efficient consumables management mode can improve the hospital’s service quality,economic benefits and operational level.This study pointed out the current status and existing problems of the traditional consumables management mode by summarizing the three stages of consumables management in domestic hospitals,analyzed the operation characteristics of the intelligent consumables management supply chain mode from three aspects:basic idea,physical structure and technical realization.Finally,it compared and analyzed the effects before and after the intelligent management mode of consumables from four aspects:the quality of consumables,patients’satisfaction with consumables supply services,expanding bargaining space for consumables,and the status of suppliers’services.The analysis results showed that the implementation of intelligent consumables management supply chain mode can improve the intelligent level and management efficiency of consumables management.
