摘要
建立可靠、及时、有韧性的医院物资供应链是公立医院改革发展的重要保障。从医用耗材供应链管理(Sup⁃ply Processing Distribution,SPD)模式的定义、特点出发,分析了SPD模式产生的背景和在公立医院应用的现状,对医院外部供应链医用耗材供应商评估指标的构建原则、指标设计和筛选方法进行了综述,以期为医用耗材SPD模式和医用耗材供应商评价选择提供参考。
The establishment of a reliable,timely and resilient hospital supplies supply chain is an important guarantee for the reform and development of public hospitals.Starting from the definition and characteristics of the medical supplies supply chain management Supply Processing Distribution(SPD)model,it analyzes the background of the SPD model and the current situation of its application in public hospitals,and review the construction princi⁃ples,index design and screening methods of the evaluation indexes of medical supplies suppliers in the external sup⁃ply chain of hospitals in order to provide a reference for the SPD model and the evaluation selection of medical sup⁃plies suppliers.model and medical consumables supplier evaluation selection to provide reference.
