摘要 在现代学徒制中,师傅和学徒是两个非常关键的要素,它们直接影响着学徒制实施的效果。尽管很多学校已经开始推行现代学徒制改革,形成了相对完善的人才培养模式,师徒的教与学方面依然存在问题。为了规范师徒在教与学的过程,进一步提高教学和学习质量,利用层次分析法,分别建立了师傅和学徒的两种评价体系,以规范并指导学徒制人才培养质量提升。 In modern apprenticeship, master and apprentice are two key elements which directly affect the effect of apprenticeship. Although many schools have begun to carry out the reform of modern apprenticeship and formed a relatively perfect talent training model, there are still some problems in teaching and learning of master and apprentice. In order to standardize the process of teaching and learning for teacher and apprentice and improve teaching and learning quality, the article establishes two evaluation systems for teacher and apprentice separately by using analytic hierarchy process, to standardize and guide the quality improvement of apprenticeship talents training.
