我国现代学徒制中师徒关系制度化的构建策略 被引量:24

摘要 稳定的师徒关系是现代学徒制能否成功构建的重要基础。师徒关系从私人发展走向制度发展,经历了个体手工业学徒制时期、传统行会学徒制时期、企业学徒制时期以及现代学徒制时期等四个阶段。在现代产业形态和现代教育发展的影响下,现代学徒制中的师徒关系不断向制度化发展。因此,现代学徒制实施过程中要制定师傅管理规范,完善师傅资格评价等级;重视师傅职业能力的培养,形成师傅培训体系;采取师徒双向选择,形成双向互动学习与反馈;规范学徒评价标准,促进学徒职业生涯发展。 The stable mentoring relationship is an important foundation for the successful construction of modern apprenticeship. The development of the relationship between master and apprentice from private to institution experienced several periods of individual handicrafts apprenticeship,traditional guilds apprenticeship,enterprise apprenticeship and modern apprenticeship. Under the influence of modern industrial structure and modern educational development, the apprenticeship relationship in the modern apprenticeship system is developing constantly. Therefore,in the process of modern apprenticeship implementation,we should develop master management norms,and improve the evaluation level of master qualification;pay attention to the training of master professional competence,and form the master training system;use mutual selection of apprenticeship,and form the mutual interactive learning and feedback;standardize apprentice evaluation criteria,and promote the development of apprenticeship career.
