摘要
文化是城市的灵魂和精神所系,生命力与竞争力之所依。雄安之魂在文化,魅力之源也在文化。文化是雄安新区建设不可或缺的组成,甚至在新区思想凝聚、创新引领和价值阐发中起到关键作用。作为一座举世瞩目的新城,雄安新区既要坚持"世界眼光",又要坚持"中国特色",发挥文化在引领当代价值、提升公众素养、提高生活质量、推动经济发展、优化社会氛围、塑造新区形象等方面的积极作用,更好满足人民对美好生活的期待,为未来世界城市建设提供中国智慧和中国方案,是雄安新区文化发展亟待解决的核心问题。雄安新区文化发展的核心是:在新区2000平方公里土地上,凝聚对文化价值的深度认同,体现对文化建设的责任担当,以国际视野、历史眼光,谋划文化战略,推动文化建设,为科学发展、跨越发展积蓄强大而持久的文化力量;以坚定的文化自信、深刻的文化自醒、高度的文化自觉、奋发的文化自强,将雄安新区建设成为战略性新兴产业的"活力硅谷",创意人才集聚的"人才摇篮",智慧共享的"创意云城",开源开放的"文化故乡"。
Culture is the soul and spirit of a city,and also the basis of vitality and competitiveness ofa city.The soul of Xiong'an lies in culture,and the original of its attraction lies in culture.Culture is an indispensable part in the construction of Xiong'an New Area,which plays a key role in condensing ideas,leading innovation and interpreting values.As a new city that attracts worldwide attention,Xiong'an New Area should not only adhere to the world vision,but also adhere to the Chinese characteristics.Nowadays,culture is playing an inceasing role in leading contemporary values,enhancing public quality,improving life quality,promoting economic development,optimizing social atmosphere and shaping the image of Xiong'an New Area,and so on,which can better meet people's new expectations for a better life and provide a kind of Chinese wisdom and Chinese plan for the construction of cities in the future.Xiong'an New Area will become a dynamic Silicon Valley of strategic emerging industries,a talent cradle for creative talents,a creative online city for wisdom sharing,and an opening cultural homeland.
