江门市北新城区居住小区规划首先明确用地周边各种设施的布局情况,以此确定住区内合理的公共设施布局;采用“自由式、曲线型”住宅布局,形成内环交通;构建识别系统、“两轴串四景、八星聚一廷”的景观结构,以实现多样化,构建步行社区。
The planning of the residential district of North New City Zone of Jiangmen city first makes clear the situation of the arrangement of various facilities around the land used, adopts the ＂freestyle and curve type＂ residential arrangement and forms an inner ring traffic. It also establishes the identity system and the landscape structure of ＂tour landscapes stranded by two axes and eight stars gathering in one place＂ in order to realize the diversity and form a walkable community.
