摘要
国家级农高区是农业科技园的一种高级发展形态,重点解决我国在推进农业现代化进程中遇到的困难,提升农业的产业竞争力。丽水是典型的绿色山区,其国家级农高区的创建对全国的农业现代化建设都具有重大意义。深入分析丽水国家级农高区创建的基础与存在的问题,挖掘丽水地域特色,提出丽水国家级农高区"一条主线、两个方向、三个需求、四个政策、五大链条、八个重点"的创建路径,并从科技创新、发展引擎、品牌建设、人才培育、扶持政策等几个方面提出对策。
As an advanced development form of agricultural science and technology park, the state high-tech demonstration district of agriculture can solve the difficulties encountered in the process of promoting agricultural modernization and promote the industrial competitiveness of agriculture. Lishui is a typical green mountain area;it will have important significance to agriculture of our country by the establishment of the state high-tech demonstration district of agriculture in Lishui. The article analyses the current condition and existing problems in the establishment of the state high-tech demonstration district of agriculture. Then, based on the local characteristics of Lishui, this paper puts forward the development path which contains one main line, two directions, three needs, four policies, five chains and eight key points,and proposes the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion from the science and technology innovation, development engine, brand construction, cultivation of talents, support policy and so on.
