摘要
目的探讨重症监护护理评分系统用于ICU护理人力资源配置中的效果。方法选取我院ICU收治的80例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组,各40例,对照组采规医护人员平均分配模式,实验组采取重症监护护理评分系统模式。比较两组医疗费用、住院时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度与护理质量。结果实验组住院时间、医疗费用、并发症例数、满意程度与医护人员满意情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组护理质量评分比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在ICU护理人力资源配置过程中,采取重症监护护理评分系统的模式有利于确保人力资源的合理配置,提高护理的效果。
Objective To explore the effect of intensive care nursing scoring system in nursing human resource allocation in ICU. Methods Eighty patients admitted to ICU of our hospital were selected as the research object, all them were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted the average distribution mode of medical staff, and the experimental group adopted the model of intensive care nursing scoring system. The medical expenses, hospitalization time, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction, nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time, medical expenses, complications, satisfaction and satisfaction of medical staff in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). The nursing quality scores of the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the process of nursing human resource allocation in ICU, adopting the model of ICU nursing scoring system is conducive to ensuring the rational allocation of human resources and improving the effect of nursing.
