摘要
目的:探讨重症监护护理评分系统(ICNSS)在ICU护理资源配置中的作用.方法:选取江苏省南通市如东县人民医院ICU科2015-05/2016-01收治的患者108例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=54)和观察组(n=54),对照组采取常规的护理资源配置方法,观察组患者采取以ICNSS为依据的护理资源配置方法.结果:观察组各项指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:重症监护护理评分系统(ICNSS)在ICU护理资源配置中可以发挥良好的优化资源,提升护理工作人员效率,改善护理服务质量,提升患者对于治疗满意度的效果.
AIM： To investigate the role of intensive care nursing scoring system in nursing resource allocation of intensive care unit. METHODS： A total of 108 cases of patients admitted into ICU, People＇s Hospital of Rudong County from May 2015 to January 2016 were selected as objects of study and divided into control group and observation group , and each had 54 cases. The control group received routine nursing resource allocation, while the observation group received nursing resource allocation according to the ICNSS. RESULTS： The indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION ： Intensive care nursing scoring system can play a good role in nursing resource allocation of intensive care unit, which can optimize resources, improve the efficiency of nursing staff, the quality of nursing service and patient＇s satisfaction.
