摘要
目的评价ICU护理资源配置中应用重症监护护理评分系统的价值。方法选择我院2017年8月—2019年8月收治的96例ICU患者,取随机法分组。对照组48例患者采取常规护理,试验组48例患者采取重症监护护理评分系统护理管理。对比对照组与试验组ICU患者并发症发生率、护理满意度以及操作技术、护理文书、消毒隔离等护理质量评分。结果试验组与对照组ICU患者并发症发生率(4.17%vs.18.75%,χ^2=5.0310,P<0.05)、护理满意度(97.92%vs.85.42%,χ^2=4.9091,P<0.05),且护理质量评分高于对照组,经统计学处理P<0.05。结论ICU护理资源配置中应用重症监护护理评分系统实现了资源的优化配置、提高了护理工作效率与护理服务质量,护理效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the value of intensive care nursing scoring system in ICU nursing resource allocation.Methods 96 ICU patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.48 patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while 48 patients in the experimental group received intensive care nursing score system nursing management.The incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction,nursing skills,nursing documents,disinfection and isolation of ICU patients in the control group and the experimental group were compared.Results The incidence of complications(4.17%vs.18.75%,χ^2=5.0310,P<0.05),nursing satisfaction(97.92%vs.85.42%,χ^2=4.9091,P<0.05)of ICU patients in the experimental group and the control group were higher than those in the control group,and the nursing quality score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ICU nursing resource allocation using ICU nursing scoring system can optimize the allocation of resources,improve the efficiency of nursing work and the quality of nursing service,and the nursing effect is remarkable.
