摘要
目的探讨精细化护理配合心理安慰在肿瘤患者行PET-CT检查中的应用效果。方法选取中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九九0医院2016年12月—2017年12月期间收治的行PET-CT检查的肿瘤患者120例,随机分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者给予精细化护理配合心理安慰,比较两组患者的检查时间、检查合格情况、检查配合情况、护理满意度等。结果观察组患者的平均检查时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的图像合格率、检查配合率及检查满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理配合心理安慰在肿瘤患者行PET-CT检查中的应用可以缩短患者的检查时间,提高检查的质量和检查的满意度,具有理想的应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of meticulous nursing combined with psychological comfort in PET-CT examination of tumor patients. Methods 120 patients with PET-CT in the hospital from December,2016 to December,2017 were randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group were given careful nursing and psychological comfort. The inspection time,the qualified condition,the condition of cooperation and the satisfaction degree of nursing between the two groups were compared. Results The average examination time of the patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The image qualified rate,examination cooperation rate and test satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of meticulous nursing combined with psychological comfort in PET-CT examination of tumor patients can shorten the examination time,improve the quality and satisfaction of examination,and have an ideal application value.
