摘要
目的探讨血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、铁蛋白、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)对淋巴瘤患者病情严重程度判断及相关性分析。方法选取2022年1月至2022年6月江西省肿瘤医院收治的60例淋巴瘤患者作为观察组,选取60名同期于江西省肿瘤医院进行健康体检且体检结果正常者作为对照组,针对淋巴瘤患者与正常者的血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、铁蛋白、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)进行分析,探究其与淋巴瘤之间的相关性。结果观察组的铁蛋白、血清β2-MG、血清ADA水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ~Ⅳ期患者机体铁蛋白、血清β2-MG、血清ADA水平呈现随病程分期逐渐递增的趋势,Ⅳ期最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman双变量分析结果显示铁蛋白、血清β2-MG、血清ADA均与淋巴瘤病情严重程度关系密切,三种因素均与淋巴病情严重程度呈正相关,即铁蛋白、血清β2-MG、血清ADA指标越高,淋巴瘤病情越严重,患者的健康情况越差。结论淋巴瘤患者病情越严重,机体铁蛋白、血清β2-MG、血清ADA指标越高,并且该种因素与病情之间存在正相关,能够辅助进行淋巴瘤病情严重程度的诊断,基于其指标水平变化明确患者的预后情况,具有显著的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of serum adenosine deaminase(ADA),ferritin andβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG)in judging the severity of patients with lymphoma and analyze the correlation between lymphoma and those indexes.Methods Sixty patients with lymphoma treated in Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group,and another 60 individuals with normal physical examination results in Jiangxi Cancer Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of ADA,ferritin andβ2-MG of patients with lymphoma and normal participants were analyzed to explore the correlation between lymphoma and those indexes.Results The levels of ferritin,β2-MG and ADA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of ferritin,β2-MG and ADA of patients in stageⅠtoⅣshowed an increasing trend as the disease stage developed,among which these levels in stageⅣwere the highest,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of Spearman bivariate analysis showed that ferritin,β2-MG and ADA were closely related to the severity of lymphoma,and the three factors were positively correlated with the severity of lymphoma,the higher the levels of ferritin,serumβ2-MG,and ADA were,the poorer the lymphoma and health conditions in patients.Conclusion The more severe the condition of lymphoma patients,the higher the body's ferritin,β2-MG and ADA indicators,and there is a positive correlation between these factors and the condition,it can assist in the diagnosis of the severity of lymphoma,and determine the prognosis of patients based on changes in their indicator levels,which has significant application value.
