摘要
目的探讨CT增强患者给予针对性心理护理对不良情绪及扫描造影剂外渗的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2021年4月于咸宁市第一人民医院收治的136例接受CT增强检查的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各68例。对照组采用常规心理干预,观察组采用针对性心理护理干预。比较两组患者的不良情绪及扫描造影剂外渗发生情况。结果两组患者干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于本组干预前,且观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组扫描造影剂外渗总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性心理护理在CT增强患者中的应用可缓解负面情绪,减少扫描造影剂外渗的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted psychological care for patients with CT enhancement on bad mood and extravasation of scanning contrast agent.Methods A total of 136 patients underwent CT enhanced examinations admitted to Xianning First People′s Hospital from May 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 68 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were received conventional psychological intervention,and patients in the observation group were received targeted psychological nursing intervention.The bad mood and the incidence of extravasation of the scanning contrast agent were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of scanning contrast agent extravasation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted psychological care in CT enhanced patients can alleviate negative emotions and reduce the incidence of scanning contrast agent extravasation.
