摘要
目的分析心理护理干预对中青年缺血性脑卒中患者负面情绪和依从性的影响。方法选择我院2016年12月～2017年12月收治的95例中青年缺血性脑卒中患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=47)和研究组(n=48)。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组联合实施心理护理干预,干预周期均为3个月。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价患者的负面情绪,比较两组干预前后负面情绪和治疗依从性。结果两组干预前的SAS和SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组的SAS和SDS评分均下降,且研究组评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗依从率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的76.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预可显著缓解中青年缺血性脑卒中患者的负面情绪,提高治疗依从性,临床应用价值高。
Objective To analysis the effect of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotions and compliance of young and middle-aged patients with ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 95 young and middle-aged patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into control group (n=47) and study group (n=48) according to the random number table method. The control group was received routine nursing intervention,and the study group combined psychological nursing intervention. The intervention period was 3 months. The negative emotions were evaluated by self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self rating depression scale (SDS),and the negative emotion and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results There was no significant difference in the SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups decreased,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The compliance rate of the study group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.60%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can significantly relieve the negative emotions of young and middle-aged patients with ischemic stroke and improve their treatment compliance,which is of high clinical value.
