玻璃体水囊抽吸联合氩激光周边虹膜成形在白内障继发青光眼中的治疗作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察玻璃体水囊抽吸联合氩激光周边虹膜成形在白内障继发青光眼中的治疗效果。方法选择2015年3月—2018年5月在安阳市眼科医院青光眼学科住院的白内障继发青光眼、且不能耐受足够剂量降眼压药物治疗的患者39例(39眼)作为研究对象,应用29G玻璃体抽吸联合氩激光周边虹膜成形治疗。观察治疗前平均压平眼压,治疗后1d、3d平均压平眼压,玻璃体水囊抽吸成功率,治疗前后房角开放情况以及并发症。结果治疗后与治疗前平均压平眼压比较差异有统计学意义;一次性玻璃体水囊抽吸成功率为87.2%;无眼内感染和脉络膜下暴发性出血等严重并发症。结论对于无法耐受降眼压药物足够剂量治疗的白内障继发青光眼患者,行玻璃体水囊抽吸联合氩激光周边虹膜成形治疗,能有效缓解高眼压,且操作安全、简便,值得推广应用。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of vitreous water vesicle suction combined with argon laser peripheral Iris formation in the eyes of cataract secondary glaucoma. Methods 39 patients(39 eyes)of cataract secondary glaucoma who were admitted to the Glaucoma Department of Anyang Ophthalmologic Hospital from March,2015 to May,2018 were treated with 29 G vitreous aspiration combined with argon laser Iris formation. The average intraocular pressure before treatment,1 day and 3 days after treatment,the average pressure after the treatment,the success rate of vitreous sac suction,open anterior chamber angle before and after the treatment and complications were observed. Results After and before treatment,there was a statistical difference between the average pressure and intraocular pressure. The success rate of one-time vitreous vesicle suction is 87.2%. There is nointraocular infection,and violent hemorrhage under the choroidal membrane. Conclusion For cataract secondary glaucoma patients who can not tolerate sufficient dose of Intraocular pressure treatment,vitreous water sac aspiration combined with argon laser peripheral Iris formation treatment can effectively relieve high intraocular pressure,and the operation is safe and simple. So it is worth promoting and applying.
