Objective To analyze the curative effect of wide chest liping lung decoction combined with sanziyangqun decoction in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods A total of 90 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital from March2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and research group, 45 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine. The patients in the study group were treated with kuanxiong lifei decoction combined with sanzi yangxin decoction. After 7 days of treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results After combined treatment, the symptom score, quality of life score, FEV1/FVC and FEV1% predicted value of lung function index in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Kuanxiong lifei decoction combined with Sanziyangqin Decoction has a good effect on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD), and has a great improvement on the prognosis of patients.
