摘要
目的分析宽胸理肺汤联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗痰热郁肺慢阻肺(COPD)的临床疗效。方法选取2021年2月—2022年8月南丰县中医院收治的痰热郁肺COPD患者72例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(36例)和对照组(36例),对照组采用沙美特罗替卡松药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联用宽胸理肺汤,比较2组临床疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC%较对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组中医证候积分较对照组更低(P<0.05);研究组RR及MAP水平较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论宽胸理肺汤联合沙美特罗替卡松能够有效提高痰热郁肺慢阻肺患者的肺功能指标,促进其呼吸系统功能改善,临床应用效果显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Kuanxiong Lifei decoction combined with salmeterol and fluticasone in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)of phlegm⁃heat stagnation lung type.Methods A total of 72 patients with phlegm⁃heat depression lung COPD admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into study group of 36 cases and control group of 36 cases according to random number table method.The control group was treated with salmeterol ticasone,and the study group was treated with Kuanxiong Lifei decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The FEV1 and FEV1/FVC%of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).RR and MAP levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuanxiong Lifei decoction combined with salmeterol and fluticasone can effectively improve the lung function indicators of patients with COPD of phlegm⁃heat stagnation lung type,and promote the improvement of their respiratory system function.The clinical application effect is significant.
