阳离子树脂种类及用量对桑叶中1-脱氧野尻霉素纯化效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的:确定桑叶中1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)纯化的最佳树脂种类和用量。方法:采用LSI-010型(H型)、001×7(H型)、001×7(Na型)3种阳离子交换树脂纯化桑叶DNJ,并考察等量阳离子交换树脂对不同量桑叶DNJ纯化效果。结果:3种阳离子树脂对桑叶DNJ纯化效果差异较大,等量阳离子树脂对不同上样量的桑叶DNJ纯化效果不同。结论:001×7(Na型)阳离子交换树脂对桑叶DNJ纯化效果最好,阳离子树脂用量与药材量最佳比例为1∶1。 Objective: To select the optimal cation resin type and quantity for purification of 1-deoxymilithromycin (DNJ )in Mori Folium extract. Methods: Three cation resins of LSI-010 (H ),001×7 (H ),001×7 (Na ) were used to purify DNJ.The type and quantity of the resins were selected. Result: The purification capacity of three cation resins on DNJ was quite different.The adsorption effect of different cation resin quantity on DNJ was also different. Conclusion: The best resin for purification of DNJ is 001×7 (Na ).The optimum ratio of the amount of resin to the amount of the medicinal materials is 1∶ 1.
