摘要
以高职院校酒店管理专业近十年低对口就业率现状为研究起点,以"关键能力"理论为支撑,针对参加2018年湖北省中西式宴会服务大赛的33所高职院校、125名参赛选手,对参赛学生在三大赛项、198个赛点上的成绩进行数据分析,运用结构方程模型构建了高职酒店管理专业学生的一阶三因子能力模型,对比分析了两组水平不同的选手在三种能力上的表现差异。结果表明:已经有50%的抽测组的选手在操作能力上做到了和推荐组选手无差别,但是在关键能力和外语能力上依旧弱于推荐组选手。进而提出将"关键能力"培养作为提升高职酒店管理专业学生核心竞争力提升的路径。并对高职酒店管理专业人才培养模式提出了建议。
Taking the status of low-level employment rate of hotel management majors in higher vocational colleges as the starting point of research with the support of "key competence"theory, the 33 higher vocational colleges and 125 contestants who participated in the 2018 Chinese and Western Banquet Service Competition in Hubei Province, data analysis of the results of the participating students in the three major events and 198 match points. The first-order three-factor ability model of vocational management students in vocational colleges was constructed by using structural equation modeling. The differences in performance between the two groups of players with different levels were analyzed. The results show that 50% of the players in the sampling group have achieved no difference in the operational ability and the recommended group, but they are still weaker than the recommended group in terms of key ability and foreign language ability. Furthermore, it is proposed to cultivate the "key competence"as a path to enhance the core competitiveness of high-rise hotel management students. And put forward suggestions on the training mode of professional management talents in higher vocational schools.
