摘要
二轮志书编纂存在多方面问题,解决之道亦应从多方面努力。本文仅对8个具体问题进行探讨,即卷首"概述"应加强沟通联系;要注意区分三级"述"的异同;大事记中要注意增加阶段性、综合性的事条;要努力展示事物的多层次性;对政法工作记述应切中本体;应把握好占比,力避以偏盖全;不能把"台账式"记述与"横排竖写"相混淆;要处理好职责任务与实际工作的关系。
There are a variety of issues during the second round of local chronicle compilation and they require multifaceted solutions.This article focuses only on eight of them:the"overview"at the beginning of each chronicle should be more correlated;compilers should pay attention to the differences among the"narrative texts"at three levels;interim and comprehensive affairs should be included in the chronicles of events;compilers should strive to depict the multiple layers of an event;accounts of political and legal affairs should focus on the principal stakeholders;each section should account for an appropriate proportion to avoid overgeneralization;narrative accounts should not be confused with categorized narration of historical facts;the relationship between responsibilities and actual practices should be clarified.
