志书编纂是一个不断积累、不断总结、不断创新、不断提高的过程。编纂二轮志书,广大修志工作者要根据本地经济社会发展的实际,在注重突出思想道德建设、体现时代特征、凸显地域特色、树立大众意识、既报喜又报忧、提高文化品位等方面的内容进行认真把握,才能确保志书的质量,才能吸引广大读者,才能成为人们生活必需的工具书。
To compile a chronicle, one has to constantly accumulate materials and sort them out. One has to think differently and then is expected to produce a quality chronicle. The second - edition of a chronicle should be based on the facts of the local economic and social development, and be a representative of both time and place highlighting morality building. Being reader - oriented, the output should comprise not only the encouraging and taste - improving contents but the opposing facts and information. A quality local chronicle appealing to the readers is supposed to be indispensable to their life.
