摘要
目的:为研究乌头类中药川乌、附子、草乌中氨基酸的种类和含量,评价其氨基酸的分布和价值。方法:采用氨基酸自动分析仪比较分析川乌、附子、草乌水解后氨基酸的种类和含量。结果:经过酸水解的草乌、川乌、生附子样品液中均能够检测出16种氨基酸,而且3种样品中都没有检测出脯氨酸。其中氨基酸的总量以及必需氨基酸的含量由高到低的顺序依次是生附子>生草乌>生川乌。结论:本研究首次对乌头类药材的氨基酸类物质进行分析,发现附子中氨基酸、多肽和蛋白质等含量较为丰富,这与植物代谢过程中的积累程度有着密切的关系。同时本研究为乌头类药材的现代研究提供一定的参考。
Objective: To study and analyze the differences of amino acid types and concentrations among Chuanwu,Fuzi and Caowu. Method: After being acid hydrolyzed, all types and contents of amino acids in the above mentioned Chinese medicines were analyzed and compared by using automatic amino acid analyzer. Result: 16 kinds of amino acids were detected in the samples of Caowu, Chuanwu and raw Fuzi. No proline was detected in all the samples. The total amount of amino acids and essential amino acids were in the order of raw Fuzi, raw Caowu and raw Chuanwu. Conclusion: It is the first time to analyze the polarity of amino acids in Aconitum medicine. It is found that the contents of amino acids, peptides and proteins in Fuzi are abundant, which is closely related to the accumulation of plant metabolism. At the same time, this study provides some reference for the modern research of aconitum medicine.
