摘要
目的探讨外周血血清补体C3水平与先天性白内障发病的相关性。方法病例-对照研究设计。收集2017年6月~2018年2月在本院确诊为先天性白内障并收治入院的患者,同时收集正常人群作为对照组。采集所有研究对象的年龄、性别、病程、血压、视力、垂直杯盘比、中央角膜厚度、眼轴、体重、身高、疾病史等资料。采用罗氏全自动生化分析仪测定先天性白内障组及对照组血清补体C3水平,对其进行单因素、多因素Logistic回归分析,同时采用Pearson相关性分析来探讨外周血血清补体C3水平与先天性白内障眼部参数的相关性。结果本研究共纳入先天性白内障患者55例(男性32例、女性23例),平均年龄为(6.75±4.47)岁;对照组51例(男性31例、女性20例),平均年龄为(7.22±4.36),2组间年龄和性别差异不具有统计学意义(t=0.550,P=0.584;χ~2=0.074,P=0.785)。单因素分析显示:先天性白内障组血清补体C3水平[(95.80±17.83) mg/dL]显著低于对照组水平[(106.94±13.90) mg/dL],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。先天性白内障患者视力与血清补体C3水平呈正相关(r=0.585,P<0.001)。多因素Logistic回归分析发现补体C3水平(OR=1.045, 95%CI:1.017~1.075)为先天性白内障发病的危险因素。结论先天性白内障患者外周血血清补体C3水平低于正常对照组,并与视力具有正相关性,提示外周血血清补体C3水平下降为先天性白内障发病的危险因素。
Objective To explore the correlation between serum complement C3 and congenital cataract. Methods Case-control study design. Congenital cataract patients hospitalized from Jun. 2017 to Feb. 2018 and the healthy people were included in the study. Clinical and demographic informations were obtained from the medical data platform of Eye-ENT Hospital of Fudan University. The levels of serum complement C3 was detected by Roche automatic biochemical analyzer. Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed to compare the level of serum complement C3 between congenital cataract group and the control group. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to assess the relationship between complement C3 and eye parameters. Results A total of 55 congenital cataract patients(32 males, 23 females with a mean age of 6.75±4.47 years) and 51 healths control individuals(31 males, 20 females with a mean age of 7.22±4.36 years) were collected. There was no significant difference between congenital cataract group and control group in the mean age and gender(t=0.550, P=0.584;t=0.074, P=0.785). The level of serum complement C3 was significantly lower in congenital cataract group(95.80±17.83 mg/dL) than the control group(106.94±13.9 mg/dL). There was a positive correlation between vision and the level of complement C3(r=0.585, P<0.001). The level of complement C3 was a risk factor for congenital cataract performed by logistic analysis(OR=1.045, 95%CI: 1.017 to 1.075). Conclusions The level of complement C3 was decreased and positively associated with vision, which suggested that the decreased level of complement C3 was a risk factor for congenital cataract.
