摘要
为筛选农田栽培西洋参土壤改良的最佳方案,以6种配方生物有机肥对农田土壤进行改良,测定了西洋参的产量、皂苷含量、土壤养分指标和土壤酶活性。研究结果表明:施用0.45 kg/m^2豆饼和2 kg/m^2玉米秸秆作为基础添加物,再施加0.16 kg/m^2土地乐、0.18 kg/m^2帝益肥和0.16 kg/m^2通化人参专用肥作基肥时,在西洋参产量、总皂苷和单体皂苷Rb1、Rb3、Re、Rg2+Rc含量均高于其他处理,此处理为最佳土壤改良方案;西洋参生长4年间,土壤pH值约下降1个单位左右。
To screen the optimum programme to improve the soil cultivating American ginseng(Panax quenquifolium L.), farmland soils were reformed by six bio-organic fertilizer formulations, and four-year-old American ginseng’s yield, ginsenoside contents, soil nutrients and soil enzymatic activities were determined. The results showed the treatment with the mixture of 0.16 kg/m^2 Tudile, 0.18 kg/m^2 Diyifei and 0.16 kg/m^2 Tonghua Gingseng fertilizer adding 0.45 kg/m^2 bean cake and 2 kg/m^2 corn straw as the base fertilizer was the best choice to improve the farmland soil cultivating American ginseng. For four-year-old American ginsengs growed on the farmland soil improved with the best choice above, the yield, total ginsenoside content and ginsenoside content Rb1, Rb3, Re, Rg2+Rc were all higher that the other treatments. The soil pH value declined about one unit during four years growth of American ginseng.
