多功能微生物制剂对农田栽参土壤容重及人参皂苷的影响研究 被引量:20

摘要 以多功能微生物制剂、EM微生物肥料、猪粪和鹿粪作为改良剂对农田栽参土壤进行了改良土壤理化性状及对人参皂苷含量影响的试验研究。结果表明:多功能微生物制剂对土壤结构改良效果良好,可明显降低农田土壤容重,施用量以50g/m2为宜;多功能微生物制剂可提高人参的总苷含量,以150g/m2施用量最好;施用方法以将多功能制剂用水浸泡24h后施入土壤效果最佳。本研究为多功能微生物肥料在人参上的应用提供了科学指导。 In the Study, muhi-microbial manure, EM microbial fertilizer, pig manure and deer manure were used as soil conditioner to improve soil physical and chemical properties and the ginsenoside content .The results showed : that Multi-microbial manure significantly improved soil structure and significantly reduced soil bulk density. Tbe optimal quantity of multi-microbial manure was 50g/m^2.The quantity of 150g/m^2 was the best for improving the tolal ginsenoside content,and to put the multi-microbial manure in the water soaked after 24 hours pouring into the soil had the best results. For the multi-microbial fertilizer application on the ginseng provides scientific guidance.
