摘要
采用田间随机试验设计,研究了秸秆堆肥对人参根系生长及产量的影响。结果表明:秸秆堆肥用量为5,10,15kg/m2时,主根长较对照分别增加8.6%、14.1%和15.6%;主根粗分别增加8.4%、16.7%和18.7%;参根疫病、菌核病和锈腐病的发生率分别降低42.9%、56.0%和60.4%;保苗率分别为87.2%、91.2%、92.6%,特等+1等参比率分别为66.1%、78.7%和78.2%,较对照均有显著提高;参根皂苷含量较对照分别增加9.1%、12.6%、15.0%,茎皂苷含量分别增加6.3%、13.1%、14.1%,叶片皂苷含量分别增加4.1%、12.4%、11.3%;氨基酸含量较对照分别增加10.34%、12.75%、13.86%;人参产量较对照分别提高12.7%、20.1%、23.4%。
The effect of straw compost application on growth of ginseng root system and yield was studied by using random test designing in the field.The results show that when the application rates of straw compost are 5,10 and 15 kg/m2,the length of taproot increases by 8.6%,14.1% and 15.6% respectively compared with the contrasts.The thickness of taproot increases by 8.4%,16.7% and 18.7% respectively compared with the contrasts.The incidence rates of Phythphora parasitica,Sclerotinia schinseny,Cylindrocarp on destructan reduce by 42.9%,56.0% and 60.4% respectively.The rates of seedling preservation are 87.2%,91.2% and 92.6% respectively.The proportion of top grade plus the first class ginseng is 66.1%,78.7% and 78.2% respectively,increasing greatly compared with the contrasts.The content of ginseng root saponins increases by 9.1%,12.6% and 15.0% respectively compared with the contrasts.The content of ginseng stem saponins increases by 6.3%,13.1% and 14.1% respectively.The content of ginseng leaf blade saponins increases by 4.1%,12.4% and 11.3% respectively.The content of amino acid increases by 10.34%,12.75% and 13.86% respectively.Ginseng output increases by 12.7%,20.10% and 23.40% respectively compared with the contrasts.
