摘要
该文根据工程教育专业论证的要求,针对现有的生物化学实验课教学模式已不能适应发酵工程行业发展需求的现状,从教学内容、教学手段、考核形式等3方面进行一系列改革与探索,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的主动学习和创新能力,在一定程度上提升了发酵工程专业生物化学实验课程的教学质量。
According to the requirements of engineering education professional argumentation, aiming the current situation that the existing teaching mode of biochemistry experiment course can ’ t meet the development needs of fermentation engineering industry.This paper carries out a series of reforms and explorations from three aspects : teaching content, teaching methods and assessment forms. It can stimulate students’ interest in learning, cultivating students’ active learning and innovation ability, and improving the teaching quality of the biochemistry experiment course of fermentation engineering to a certain extent.
