摘要
在注射成型过程中,浇注系统尤其是多型腔浇注系统的设计合理与否对塑件质量和效益都有决定性影响O通过分析常用的浇道均衡分布形式、影响流动平衡的因素、在设计与实践中应用BVG值法及实践称重法来判断验证。在原有研究的基础上导出一种新的流道平衡的设计思路、在Moldex软件中模拟并在生产中验证实践。
During the injection process,the reasonable runner system design,especially for multi-cavity,is critical important to quality and efficiency.Analysis on the general formats of runner balance distribution,the factors of influencing runner balance,verifying the run system balance by both BVG for design and weigt.Intrducing on a new design to run system basing on the past study,it has been simulated on CAE softwawe and runned well on the mass production.
