摘要
基于Moldflow分析软件,介绍了MPI/Flow(流动分析模块)的优化流道设计,并结合对手机上盖进行动态流动分析,以及制品熔体的流动行为进行预测,从而确保制品的可制造性。对初步分析制品单个浇口的方案进行修改,得到最佳的双浇口方案,优化出浇注系统。
Based on the analysis software of Moldflow,the optimum designing of MPI/Flow was introduced. To ensure the manufaeturability of the product,dynamic flow analysis of the products was combined with the prediction of flowing behavior of melt products. By modifying the preliminary analysis scheme of single gate injection, it draw a conclusion that double gates injection scheme was the optimum as it optimized the gating system.
